Safety is our priority, because of this we reserve the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to our equipment or, in our opinion, may pose undue risk to our customers or others in the immediate area.
Cancellations Deposit refunds will only be given under the following guidelines or if weather conditions are unacceptable (weather applies to equipment rentals only). 7 days or more prior to your event the deposit is fully refunded, 6 days to 48 hours prior to your event your deposit is held as a rain check for up to 1 year; 24 hours prior or the day of, you will be charged in full. If they're any questions concerning our cancellation policy please contact us prior to making the deposit. After the deposit you are agreeing to our terms of service and the cancellation policy.
Bad Weather We will not setup equipment in rain, snow, high wind (in excess of 25 mph), or muddy conditions. In the event of the possibility of bad weather, you may be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event and receive a refund of your deposit. If you choose to have us come out and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, mud) you will forfeit your deposit. Once we begin to travel to your location, the full amount of the event fee is non-refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.
Park Permits You will need to contact the Parks & Recreation department to confirm if you will need a permit or not for city owned parks. You may need to contact the HOA for approval as well. Please check on this!! You will not receive a refund if the park rangers shut us down for not having a permit. Please know it is your responsibility to ensure the city or HOA will allow us to setup at the park. Generators are needed at most parks where electricity is not available. A $100 charge will be applied to your order if we have to bring a generator to your party after we arrive. Due to insurance purposes, we can only use our own generator.
Attendants For larger events we may offer to provide additional attendants to be sure to serve your guest in the time allotted. If needed, we can provide additional attendants for your event, for an additional fee.
Additional Charges In the event that electricity is not available as thought and a generator is needed we charge a $100.00 fee to get and use a generator for your event. In addition, due to other scheduled events we will only be able to stay until to your scheduled end time.
Every order requires a credit card for security purposes. This is to reserve your party and/or your event. If you would like to pay cash at the time of delivery, you may do so for the remaining balance. Please note our drivers do not carry cash so please make sure you have exact change. No personal checks are accepted
